Performative collaboration without a word? At no point during the four weeks of the research residency is there to be any spoken or written reflection (with each other) about the work. Description and critique of artistic processes usually proceeds via verbal communication, but what if this constant, disciplinary translation into language is countered by a radical pause? What does a purely audiovisual and body language rehearsal and working practice look like? And what ways of communication will emerge among the participants?
